1. Termination by Company

The Company may terminate the services of a delivery partner under the following circumstances:

• Constant late deliveries — Frequent delays or repeated customer complaints regarding delivery timeliness.
• Violation of company policies — Breach of company rules, contracts, or code of conduct.
• Inappropriate behavior — Abuse, indecent language, or indiscipline with customers or staff.
• Fraud or manipulation — Fraud or manipulation in cash or digital payments.
• Health or legal restrictions — Any health or legal restrictions that affect the ability to deliver services.
• False documents — Providing false documents or hiding information during onboarding.
• Damage to company image — Actions that damage the company's image or customer trust.

Termination Process:

• Written notification — Termination will be communicated via SMS, Email, or App Notification before the termination of service.
• Immediate termination — In serious cases, the company can stop services without prior notice.
• Return of company materials — After termination, all company-related materials (e.g., bags, uniforms, ID cards, etc.) must be returned within 3 working days.

2. Voluntary Resignation / Exit Policy

• Written notice — At least 7 days' advance written notice is required.
• Settle pending dues — All pending deliveries, payments, or claims must be settled before exit.
• Return company property — App Access, Bag, Uniform, QR Code, and other company property must be returned in proper condition.
• Recovery of losses — If the company incurs any losses due to the partner, the amount may be recovered.
• Confidentiality — No confidential information should be misused or shared after termination of service.

3. Final Settlement & Experience

• Final payment — Final payment will be made within 10 working days of completion of service.
• Experience certificate — An experience certificate (if applied) may be provided based on service records.
• No payment/certificate — No payment or certificate will be given in case of illegal activities, fraud, or rule violation.

4. Dispute Resolution

Acceptance
